My reason and motivation behind DAD CREW is simple. To help inspire, motivate, encourage and support Dads to take good care of their body and minds.
No I am NOT a "guru". No I'm not a perfect Dad and no I don't pretend to have all the answers.
What I do know, is that the only life I can change is my own and the only person who can change YOUR life is you.
I'm passionate about health & fitness and sharing with others the many positive impacts that taking care of your health can have on your life and on your mindset everyday. And as the pressures of parenthood kick in you need to be on top of it even more!
One of the HARDEST challenges I've found as a Dad is worrying about stuff that's out of my control.
I mean as soon as you leave the hospital for your first car ride home you're automatically a different person.
You start worrying about all the potential bad things that could happen, things you've never worried about before in your entire life!
And it's natural, it comes from immense love. This beautiful little bundle of joy depends entirely on you! You've never loved or cared about anything so deeply before.
It's an amazing thing, but it's also hard ha-ha! The thought of anything bad happening to them is crippling.
But it's easy in life to spend too much time focusing on things that are out of our control instead of the many things that we can control which is a much better use of our time and energy.
