6-Part Full Body Warm-Up & Stretching Routine
Here’s a full-body warm-up & stretching routine for you to SAVE and use. It will be a fairly substantial warm up for most workouts so you can get familiar with them movements and create your own quick warm up if you don’t have time to read all the specific details in your program.
Alternatively, if you’ve had a few days of inactivity or you’re on a rest day or even if you’re on the road for work you could run through this routine which will help loosen up tight achey muscles and have you feeling ten times better than doing nothing at all.
Inactivity is a killer and besides it makes you feel like sh*t!
So just get moving, even in the smallest and most simplest of ways!

Complete 3 rounds of:
1️⃣ 8 Alternating Reverse Lunges
2️⃣ 8 Push-up + Downward Dog Stretches
3️⃣ 30 Secs worth of Hollow Hold
then…

Complete 2 rounds of:
1️⃣ 6 Walkouts
2️⃣ 8 Alternating Samson Stretches
3️⃣ 10 Alternating Spider-Man stretch & reach
