Outdoor Group Training
Our outdoor group training sessions are an excellent way to stay motivated and to feel a sense of community and support. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other Dads, have some fun and to learn ways that we can all better ourselves.
You don’t have to be a former athlete or have any prior physical training experience to get started. We cater to all levels of experience and ability.
There’s also the added benefit of getting outdoors and getting some fresh air. Guaranteed to help improve your mood and mindset.

Currently held two mornings a week in Newstead. The best way to guarantee getting your exercise done is to do it first thing in the morning. Each session runs for 1 hour.

Focused on functional bodyweight training, stretching & mobility, core strength, fitness, plenty of laughter, some fun and challenging games and good banter.

With an extra optional training session emailed each week that can be done anywhere and in your own time. Regular lifestyle, motivation, nutrition and mindset tips.
